Guests – other persons staying in the Accommodation and on the Site for the duration of the booking.

The Owners – this refers to Kushti Camping.

The Accommodation – this refers to the Mercedes T2 Truck situated in the private field on a working farm.

General Terms

The Booker agrees that he, she, or they are authorised to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all Guests staying in the Accommodation and the Site, and that all Guests have been made aware of the terms and have agreed to abide by them for the duration of their stay.

The use of the Accommodation, Site and Facilities are entirely at your own risk and no responsibility will be accepted by The Owners for injury, loss of damages to the Booker, their Guests, belongings, or vehicles.

The Owners aim to ensure that all information provided on the website is accurate. However, if any changes are to be made prior to your stay, you will be informed as soon as it practically possible. We cannot accept responsibility for any changes to the facilities on the Site or the area amenities mentioned on our website.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

To keep things simple, we ask for upfront payment for your whole stay. This is negotiable upon request if you need to make the payment in instalments.

The booking is fully refundable up to a month prior to your stay, 50% refundable up to 2 weeks, and non-refundable with a week prior to the stay but the booking can be rebooked for another time (subject to availability and there may be a surplus charge if you are rebooking in peak time).

Payments can be made by Bank Transfer to account details provided on the booking form or confirmation.

People and Animals

The truck is suitable for a maximum of three people including children. The number of Guests and their ages will be required when booking, and only those Guests are permitted access to the Accommodation, the Site and its facilities for the duration of your stay.

Children are classified as any person under the age of 16 years old. Children are not permitted to book the Accommodation without an adult accompanying them for the duration of the stay and The Booker must be over the age of 18 years old.

If you wish to bring pets with you, this will need to be explicitly told to the Owners and will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.  Please do not bring pets that have not been authorised in the booking process as they may not be permitted access and refunds will not be offered for your stay under these circumstances should you have to cancel your booking upon arrival.

Parking is available next to the Accommodation and we ask that you take caution at all times when driving on the Site.

Rules for your Stay

The Accommodation and the Site are accessible from 2pm on your arrival day and we ask that the Accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition, and all Guests and their belongings have vacated by 11am on your departure day.

It may be possible to change these times depending on bookings either side of your stay so please request this when booking.

We would be very grateful if all cutlery, utensils, crockery and cooking equipment is washed and tidied away at the end of your stay.

All equipment is to be left in good working order and all breakages announced as soon as possible. The Booker agrees to pay for any loss or damages to any items within the Accommodation, or any damages to the Accommodation or the Site.

The Booker agrees not to smoke or allow others to smoke inside the Accommodation.

The Booker agrees that the wood burner will only be used in accordance with the instructions given.

We ask that you agree to treat the Accommodation and the Site with the utmost respect so that others may enjoy the same peaceful and idyllic experience you have.

Safety and Responsibility

We want you to have the best stay you possibly can and therefore request that the Booker and all Guests pay particular attention to any safety guidelines in place on The Site:

The Owners do not accept any responsibility or liability in connection with any incidents that may occur during your stay and The Booker agrees that:

The Owner is not responsible for ensuring the Accommodation is suitable for the needs of the Booker or their Guests.

The Booker accepts that the Accommodation is situated on private land on a working farm. The Booker and their Guests are only permitted to access areas as specified on The Site and within your booking confirmation, and unauthorised access to other parts of the land are not permitted.

As the Accommodation is situated in an area of natural beauty, the Booker accepts that there may be wildlife and insects near them and they acknowledge they are staying in a rural location.

The Booker agrees and accepts that The Owners do not accept responsibility for the safety and care of any children staying in the Accommodation. The Booker and their Guests must be responsible for and always supervise children and accompany them when using the facilities on the Site. Children must not be allowed to use the wood burning stove and must be supervised when using the facilities inside the Accommodation and on the Site.

The Booker agrees that they and their Guests will be respectful of the Site at all times and keep noise to a minimum after dusk. They must not make excessive noise or cause a disturbance in any way at any time during their stay.
