Stay in Devon

Our wonderful glamping accommodations are parked up in the most idyllic and peaceful of locations. Tucked away in a secluded copse area in the heart of the South Hams in Devon, it really is in the most special of places. (Detailed directions to our site will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation.)

Surrounded by the rolling Devon hills, the site is in a private field on a working farm and benefits from no passing traffic at all. The location provides an opportunity to embark upon a digital detox as there is no internet connection. Past guests have described it as a ‘re-wilding’ experience where you really get to reconnect with yourself and enjoy nature at its most beautiful.

You’ll have all you need to relax, switch off and go slow for a few days.

The site has bathroom facilities a short walk away, located in one of the barns, complete with flushing toilets and hot showers. Toilet paper and hand towels are provided for your stay.

If you feel the need to venture and explore, the site is only 10 minutes’ drive from the vibrant and historic town of Totnes, 20 minutes away from the stunning Devon coastline and 30 minutes from Dartmoor National Park. There is so much to discover in this pocket of Devon, from tucked-away pubs in rural villages to vineyards offering wine tasting. You can treat yourself to an al fresco lunch overlooking the River Dart, or a seafood platter by the sea. A full guide to all the hidden gems is provided in the camper.

What To Bring Glamping?

What you need to bring will vary depending on the month you’re visiting, but we recommend you bring clothes to suit most weathers...we are in the UK after all. It’s also worth keeping in mind that we have plenty of beautiful beaches, wild rivers and walking opportunities on Dartmoor.

It can be a good idea to stock up on food before you arrive - although there are plenty of excellent local produce stores nearby, you may want to just relax once you arrive.

We also recommend bringing:

  • torches

  • walking boots or other hardy footwear

  • a waterproof

  • warm clothes
